Roxann - Program Director. Roxann's responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of the Bariatric Program. |

Diane, RN, CDE, CBN – Nurse Clinician and Educator. Diane specializes in the field of Bariatrics and Diabetes Management. She is credentialed as a certified Bariatric Nurse and a Certified Diabetes Educator and has a background in surgical nursing and education. She teaches the pre-operative and post-operative education classes, assists our support groups and general patient care management. Diane maintains membership with the American Society for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. |

Candace - Licensed and Registered Dietitian. Candace has a Masters degree in Nutrition from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Two years ago, she became certified in Weight Management and has specialized in Bariatric nutrition. |

Kim - Insurance Coordinator. Kim's responsibilities include insurance submissions, authorizations, and front office assistant. |
